London Bus Advert War Heats Up

Today's NYTimes reports that in response to an atheists' group putting "Relax there is probably no God, enjoy the rest of your life" (or some similar wording) religious groups are planning counter-advertising campaigns touting belief in God.

So here we had a kind of Crusades Redoux - Christians fighting the infidels on London buses.

........and religious groups have been advertising for hundreds of years. They even come to my door after their church services on Sunday morning soliciting new members and distributing leaflets.

It`s time that other views are made known. Nice to know all the forms of "travel".

C W - Thanks for that great site. LOL!

Maybe we could do it here on Fodor's

<There is Probably No God

Now Stop Complaining and Eat Your Sardines>

The Example is C W's link

How about

<There is Probably No God

So Who Will Save the Queen?>

and yours:

"They even come to my door after their church services on Sunday morning soliciting new members and distributing leaflets." I was reminded the other day that I live in the Bible Belt (NC) - I was peacefully eating lunch when the guy from the table behind me walked past on his way out, said "have a nice day" and dropped a church leaflet onto the book I was reading!!! (I swore at him.)
