What's the name of the bullet shaped building and is there a website for more infomation regarding the architecture/engineering of it?

Yes, that's the building -- my daughter just came back from London and she was fascinated by it. Quite a striking building and very unique -- you don't always have to be the tallest to stand out as this structure certainly proves. Thank you for your speedy repiels.
