London - Athens - Mykonos; 9 Full days.... Is it doable?
 

So I'm trying to plan a vacation for some friends and I... I posted before and someone gave me the awesome idea to check out Mykonos (how that skipped my mind, I have no clue). I'll keep the question short: Can we do London, Athens, Mykonos in 9 full days? Does it make sense? The only reason we're including London is because a friend will also be there and we'd be meeting up with him. Also, it's a lot cheaper to fly to Greece from London on one of the budget airlines than it is to fly directly from NYC. Since we've all been to London many times, we'd only plan on being there for a night or two. What do you all think, does it make sense to try this? Our other option is Portugal (Algarve). My head tells me that the most logical option is Portugal, since we wouldn't have to waste time in transit, and could easily rent a car and explore Portugal and head over to Spain for a bit. My heart, however, is yearning for Greece since I've (we've) never been... Either way, I'm sure we'll have a blast. Recommendations? Opinions?

I would say no. Stick to London/Paris or
Athens and the islands. You don't want to be rushed.

That's not much time in Greece. You could drop a day in London.

So yes, it's possible.

Doable but not sure it's desir-able.

Of course it's doable, you can do
2 days in London
5 days Mykonos
2 days Athens
