Quuite a lot, and the best way to see it is to take the London Walks program on Sherlock Holmes. You'll see Holmes's supposed rooms on Baker Street, the Marylebone area, and many other places of interest. We really enjoyed that walk.

There are two blue plaques in London dedicated to Conan Doyle.
12 Tennison Road, South Norwood, SE25, "...creator of Sherlock Holmes, lived here 1891-1894."
2 Upper Wimpole Street, W1, "...writer, worked and wrote his stories here in 1891."

At one time, the Criterian Bar in Piccadilly had a plaque commemorating the meeting there of John Watson and young Stamford, dresser at Bart's, who "introduced him to Sherlock Holmes, and immortality."
Don't know if it's still there since the remodeling. Should be, or England will fall.
Sherlock Holmes Pub has a collection of "memorabilia" and recreation the sitting room.
