London Apartments - input greatly appreciated

Hello everyone! I think I've got my choices of accommodation for the London part of my stay narrowed down to the final set. Now that I'm at this point I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has any thoughts on the following options. I'm pretty confident that they're all good location/distance wise to things I want to do (or are at least close to public transportation) and I've spoken to each of the owners and feel good about the terms of the rentals. So what I'm wondering now is if anyone has any input on the specific neighborhoods (safety is a concern as I will be traveling alone) and if anyone has actually stayed at any of these places & if you think I'd be getting a good bang for my buck. I'll be staying in London for one week, so the prices listed are for the full week.

http://www.vrbo.com/222148 795.00 pounds
http://www.vrbo.com/281385 850.00 pounds
http://www.vrbo.com/256898 835.00 pounds (plus VAT)
http://www.vrbo.com/235652 850.00 pounds

Thanks in advance for any input! I've narrowed the field down considerably before getting to just these 4. I'm probably leaning mostly towards one of the first 3 but the 4th one also seems like it could be a good fit.

In terms of location, I'd pick the first one. You're nearer to things you're likely to do. Notting Hill is too far out for me to choose #3 as a first option. The ones in Chelsea are okay (Chelsea's just very residential, not much in the way of tourist sites) but personally I'd pick the first.

The first one is the one I was already leaning most heavily towards Good location and the cheapest - forgive me if I ask if it's too good to be true... things just never seem to actually work out that way but maybe this time they will!

#281385 is in a super location. I was thinking about renting it myself but decided to stay with the hotel I had booked. I got a very fast response from Danielle when I asked about it. She then called me backthe next morning to go over further details

222148 is in the general neighborhood I usually rent. REALLY convenient for transport being so close to Vic. Station. Not as posh an area as 281385. Depends on if you like more minimalist/modern decor -- or more traditional/comfy.

281385 is just around the corner from the Chelsea Physic Garden, Chelsea Hosp. and Ranelagh Gardens. A really lovely area, but a bit of a walk to the tube.

I wouldn't pick 256898 - less convenient location.

235652 is a terrific location near Sloane sq. Probably my favorite location off all four. (another Fodorite is probably renting this one for her family's visit). The listing indicates a discount due to construction next door. Is it back up to £850 for your rental period? If you can get it for £99 a night it would be my choice.

Otherwise I'd be very happy in either of the first two.
