Do the London Eye and check www.hotels.com for hotels for a good price since you are not going at high season.

OK - what sorts of research have you done so far???

1) what is your budget? ( "moderate" tells us nothing.) Also you say you are hoping for Notting Hill. Is there a particular reason?

2) Must do's could stretch to many pages single spaced. What sorts of things do you and your daughter enjoy?

3) How long are you in each city? not much use us giving you 30 or 40 great sites if you are only in town 3 or 4 days.

Start by clicking on DESTINATIONS above and follow the links to London and to Paris. That will at least give you an overview to get you started.

Then search the forum - there are MANY threads about hotels, things to see/do, and things geard to kids.

Then come back w/ a bit more focus and we really can help a LOT.

Your granddaughter might really like seeing the costume exhibit at the Victoria and Albert Museum... it shows clothing all through the ages, including under garments. Just fascinating.
