London

Anybody from Sacramento area...looking for reaction to London bombings and how it will, or will not, affect your travel plans for the summer: either domestic or international.

Hi, are you a reporter with the Sacramento Bee by any chance? Just wondering.

I have an aunt in Sacramento who's going with me in September to Paris. If you'd like to talk to her, e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll send you contact information.

Just to let folks know this is legit. The travel editor of the Sacramento Bee is doing a story about reactions to the bombings and the effect on travel plans,
etc. They called me today to get my views (I'm in the paper's archives as a speaker about the UK/London).

Unfortunately It has been several months since my last visit to London and they are really looking for opinions from folks traveling there now or planning to go soon.

So anyone who wants to give some input - this is on the up and up. You can probably also check the paper's website (sacbee.com) and send e-mail to the
travel editor -- Janet Fullwod.

I'm taking a "wait and see" attitude. If the bombings have a significant effect on hotel prices, I will change my plans to take advantage of them.

Legit or not, this is a shoddy jounalism ploy and is in extremely poor taste, IMO, today of all days.

This person is on a payroll, is she not? Same as unauthorized advertising as far as I'm concerned.
