Lockers in train station in Madrid?
 
Does anyone know if there are lockers in the train station in Madrid?

well there always was - even with security x-rays long before the Madrid train bombings. And i suspose one would doubt after that if there were. While the above site says they have them in Atocha - scene of the bombings i would believe they also have them in Chamartin but i don't know for sure.

I left my bags in a locker at Madrid Chamartin station last year. The lockers are in an adjacent building. Go out the door near the tourist office and across the taxi rank, about 30 steps. Cost per 24 hours was € 2.40, 3.00, and 4.50 for L, M, S.

The other estacion, Puerta de Atocha, is the most beautiful train station in Europe. It's a jungle in there. The upper level restaurant/cafe on the NW side, has good prices and a great view.

That is obviously € 2.40, 3.00, and 4.50 for S, M, L respectively.
