Loch Ness Monster Sighted - Again

OK. Which one of you Fodorites has been impersonating the Loch Ness Monster?

I have my suspicions, but I think the person(s) pulling it off should 'fess up and tell us how he or she or they did it.

Should boost tourism to Loch Ness.

My wife's been to Scotland recently.. coincidence?

Oh, good! I've always had a secret wish that the Nessie sightings be genuine.

We took one of the cruises departing from the Clansmen Lodge, this past fall. We had a nice lunch of steak pie and tea, not scotch. I was wildly excited as I, yes, little old me, spotted Nessie! But, alas, it was just my husband's head in the lens as he stood up in the boat.

I hope you didn't me me!!

I haven't been north of Elgin this year.

I looked at the video and decided it was a picture of the shadow of an airplane passing overhead.

We have not had anything to stir up the Nessie legend in a long time. Some kind of pot-stirring event was overdue.

In a related theme, did you see where there was a petition introduced in the Canadian legislature to protect Sasquatch?

I do not think that Loch Ness has a monster nor do I think Sasquatch exists.
But a little make-believe is fun, at times. Just don't start believing that the fantasy has come to life.

I was going to write a fantasy once upon a time where Nessy was Dragon Larvae and they took a thousand years to
charge

We've been warned about wearing a "modest" Speedo but I guess somebody in Scotland didn't get the word.
