recommendation for a well-located modest price hotel in Ljubljana?

Hotel Slon (a Best Western hotel). It is easy walking from here to the old town section. I paid $65 a couple of years ago for a single with a great buffet breakfast included. You can make reservations and cancel at the BW website or toll free number.<BR><BR>Have fun, it's a nice little city.<BR>Larry J

Hotel Park is central, budget, clean and basic. We are paying 12000 SIT for a double.

We did Hotel Turist[note sp] last year and found it very well located and an adequate 3 star. You will find it on a google search. Do not miss the Sokol ristorante--we ate there 3 times.
