Living in France
 

Our great ambition is to move to France, having spent numerous holidays there. Fodors is a great travel related site but is there an equivalent board and information site for moving to/living in France?

The Delphi Francophile Forum isn't devoted solely to that topic, but there are a lot of members there who live part-time or full-time in France and lots of information there for people interested in moving there, buying real estate there, etc.<BR><BR>http://forums.delphiforums.com/PBProvence/start

Read Paris To The Moon..a great book about a family who moved to France from the states...true story and recent. It's priceless.

Den, there is a forum mainly for British people who have moved to France or have a second home in France. It is attached to the site for the magazine Living France see http://www.livingfrance.com/. It is more close to what I think you are looking for. All the rest seem more for travellers and other lovers of France while la Mairie is about the practicalities of living in/moving to France, from your fosse septique to your carte de s&eacute;jour.
