Definitely. We stayed at the Sheraton by Marquis de Pompal and really enjoyed it. Its a bit farther out, but only a couple of stops on the easy to use metro. You likely want to stay closer if you are only there 2 days. Maybe if you post your budget people can offer some options. Or try a search here.

Hotel Mundial is reasonably priced and centrally located. Can walk to the train station if you want to spend a day in Sintra. Otherwise can walk to many neighborhoods for nice shops and restaurants. I find it quite convenient. Tram 28 stops right outside their front door so you can make the loop around the historic sections (watch out for pickpockets on the tram). Mundial is about 15 min by cab to the airport. (Pronounced Mun dee al)
