Lisbon Parking
 

We will be spending a few days in Lisbon near the Time Out Market. Any recommendations on where to park? Also looking for places that are absolutely a must see while in Lisbon.

Lastly, we have heard that the best place to pick up and drop off a rental is the Lisbon Airport. Any recommendations on the best company to use for car rental? We are traveling from the United States so we feel we should get the insurance coverage. Any opinions on that?

I can certainly say Goldcar are to be avoided. The rest much of a muchness. Just ensure all the damages are noted before leaving.
Parking car be found https://www.parkopedia.pt it will give you costs but you do not have to purchase tickets (as you can sometimes) via the website.

do you need your car while you are in Lisbon? if you are traveling elsewhere from there you might consider picking it up after your time in Lisbon for the rest of your journey. we are in Portugal for 17 days in Sept. and are doing this. it will quite possibly save you money on the rental, parking costs, and the general stress of driving in a foreign city. after much research on rental costs we found our best deal on Budget's website. will Uber or ? into the city then return the same way to the airport to pick up car and return on our departure date. as for insurance, check your credit card benefits as many will provide coverages on rental cars. that plus your own insurance may be enough coverage.
