Suggestions for restaurants, places of interests and must sees. Any hints to make my 2 weeks more enjoyable?

Granada: visit the usuals but include the Monastary of the Cartuja. Restaurants: Cunini for seafood and La Asadora Plaza Nueva for tapas. A good cheap intro to the city is the No. 11 bus which for 75 cents will give you a 45 minute circular ride. Spend some time in the Albaycin. It's worth a walk or taxi to eat there in the evening as not too many tourist will be there. Somewhere along the line be sure to have "bocarone" marinated, then fried, fresh anchovies.

Sevilla: take advantage of the sidewalk cafes in the Zona Santa Cruz. Spend a Sunday midday in the Zona people watching. It is truly a special area.

Madrid: The changing of the Guard ceremony at Palacio Real takes place once a month - the first Thurday at Noon. Should the schedule work, don't miss it. Walk, walk, walk. Visit the Salamanca zone - truly classy.

Torremolinos is too touristy -- every American goes there. Try Marbella - there are more European tourists, it's a bit trendy, but fun. There's a hostal run by 2 Brits -- Mike and Trudy. They are very hospitable. For nightlife in Madrid, try Archies or Joy Eslava -- they may be passe but were hot a few years back. Calle Sierpes in Seville has tons of shopping, especially shoes. Beware of the gypsies in Granada. Espero que tengas un buen viaje.

In Granada, try the Naturi Albaicin Restaurante, its a Moroccan run little place. C./Calderia Nueva N. 10. Also I have always felt that the Alhambra is best alittle later in the day, mid-afternoon on. The light is usually clearer then, depending upon the morning smog and haze. Be sure to walk to the top of the Albaicin at night to view the Alhambra from the opposite highside, also to see the Sierra Neveda's high above the city. Good Travels.
