Liquid Carry Ons

We are flying to London on May 10th from Seattle on BA. I have a question about carry on liquids. Is a person allowed to have more than one quart sized bag of liquids, gels, and creams or only one bag per person?

Thanks, SR

One bag per person. Put the rest in your checked baggage.

not entirely correct. If any of your liquids/gels are prescription or OTC like Saline solution - they do not have to fit in the single quart/liter baggie. So yes, one quart sized bag for most of your liquids/gels. Prescription liquids still have to be screened separately but do not have to be in the same ziplok.

I manage w/ just the one qt. bag and don't bother w/ checking bags at all.

This link to TSA may help you:

It's one bag per person. There is a list of items that you don't have to put in the ziplock, but you do have to show them to the agent. Baby items, saline solution, eye drops, etc. don't have to go in the bag but do have to be shown to the agent.

Thank you for your clarifications and links. We are not going to be checking any baggage in and that was why it is challenging, but I just squeezed everything into one quart sized bag each - but they sure are packed tightly!
