Lingerie shopping in Paris?
I'm planning on picking up a few pieces of lingerie when I head out to Paris in a couple of months and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on mid-range brands there? Not the super expensive Cadolle lingerie (unfortunately) but brands that still offer silk and lace would be lovely
I know Monoprix has some but they're like the French equivalent of Target so does anyone know what the quality of their lingerie is like?
Plus, I was wondering if department stores like Galeries Lafayette or even cheaper companies like Princesse Tam Tam offer bra fittings?
Thank you!

For very attractive, mid-range lingerie, check out Darjeeling.
I'm hooked on pretty underwear, and when I first moved to Paris, I went wild. My favorite brands are Simone Perele and Aubade. After the puppy ate several $70 underpants and a couple of bras, I discovered the beauty of Darjeeling. Everything I bought there has held up very well.
Department stores -- Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Bon Marché -- will, of course, offer fittings. They also carry a wide array of brands, including Princesse Tam Tam.
Good shopping!

Sabbia Rosa is on rue des Saints-Pères. The lingerie is stunning, but I hardly think it qualifies as mid-range.
Forgot to respond to your question about Monoprix. I think the quality is better on a lot of things than you would find in Target, but it's hit or miss as to style. I've never seen any lingerie in there that tempted me.
There are lots of small stores scattered around the city as well.

oooo thank you so much everyone! I'm glad the department stores offer it since I was just recently reminded that the tax refund requires you to spend more than 175 euro in one go so it's probably best if i do all my lingerie shopping there instead of scattered across the city at different boutiques.
I'll pop into Monoprix anyway to take a look around for comfy pj's my first day there if i end up not wanting to pack any with me.
And yes Sabbia Rose is beautiful but at 200 euro for a pair of panties, it's a bit more than I'm willing to spend unfortunately.
