My plane lands at 11:10 so I'm not sure what time I should tell LimoServiceRome to pick me up. Should I tell them 11:15, 11:30, etc.? They are supposed to pick me up outside customs but I'm not sure how long it takes in Rome to clear customs. Any advice would be appreciated.

All you need to do is give Andrea your actual flight number and airline- with your expected landing time...

Ours was delayed 2 hrs!! And they were still there...

Getting your luggage in Italy can be a job- sometimes it is fast and sometimes the guys go on strike...

Get Andrea's CELL PHONE number and call him if you are arriving late..

As Andy said just give the driver the flight information. He will know better than any of us what to expect. Our experience on an afternoon arrival last April was the we were out very quickly but I am sure that it can vary greatly.

I have tried to contact Andrea at Limoservicerome twice and have not received a reply.
Does anyone have an email address for him? I am wondering why I am not getting a confirmation.
