Limoges to Dijon

Mappy.com listed the travelling time from Limoges to Dijon to be over 5 hours.

Could someone suggest a half way stop between these two destinations?

Much appreciated.

I would take a more northern route and go via Bourges and Clamecy, perhaps stopping overnight in Bourges (its cathedral is worth a visit).

Hi S,

>Could someone suggest a half way stop between these two destinations?<

For what purpose, lunch, overnight stay?

Overnight stay or even 2 nights if there is enough to see or do. We are travelling with a toddler, so need to slow down a bit.

Thanks.

Hi S,

It's not the direct route, but you might want to go Limoges to Cluny to Macon to Dijon (or Beaune).

Your longest drive would be under 4 hr.

Otherwise, Moulins is in the middle of the direct route.

PS, www.viamichelin.com says it is 4:45 hr from L to D.
