Limo Service Rome
 

Limo service Rome ( www.limoservicerome.com)had great service. Our plane arrived late, our bags didn't arrive. I called their cell, and told them we wouldnt be out of the airport for a while and was told "no problem, the driver will wait" and he did!!! Andrea(LSR) made me comfortable knowing that after a stressfull day of traveling , we will still have a ride to the hotel. the driver was also very nice:) ..i highly recommend Limo Service Rome.

I agree. I used them last fall and was very pleased. This was just one of the great tips from this forum.

I am shopping around for a limo service for our trip in May. I was wondering if limi service rome charge extra for waiting?

Were their charges similar to what their

They were exactly the same when we used them two years ago. We paid I believe 30% extra because we had a very late arrival (that was spelled out on their website). We too were very impressed with Andrea. He e-mailed us after we returned home to ask our impression of their services. Now that's the way to bring clients back.

They wait 1.5 hours after your plane lands. And their charges are what they state on their web site. The only extra was the tip to the driver.

we were not charged extra for the wait. but we did tip a little extra :)

What's the best amount to tip the driver?

I agree. When I used Limos service Rome last year I was very jet lagged upon arriving in Rome and let my purse in their car.

This purse had our life in it so I completely panicked when I realized I left it in the car after the driver had already left.

We called them and he brought the purse right back to me....a huge relief!

I think we tipped 10%.

Our Hotel Aberdeen stated this was a good service. They stated it is so easy to get to Rome from the airport but we have decided the four of us will go with the Limo Service as well. I have to make our reservations although i am still trying to find a good airfare!
Now I am really happy we are taking only carry on bags.
