limo service Milano to Nice

Travel arrangements for the trip from Milano to Nice are not very good. No fast train, No direct flight, I don't want to drive myself, so I looked for limo service on the net and found lots of choices but a very wide variation in prices. Does anyone have some recommendations for travel to nice from Milan? Is there a specific limo service recommended or any with a particularly difficult arrangement?
Thanks.

There are some Thello trains that take about 4 hours 45 minutes.

When we did it many years ago, we took a train from Milan to Genoa, then switched over to another train into Nice. The total time was about five hours.

IF this is still available, I'd do it in a heartbeat over driving since it will be so much less expensive, and traffic can be insane, especially in the summer months.

What do you consider a "fast" train???

There are at least 3 trains from Milan to Nice
dep 7:05 ar 11:51
dep 11:10 ar 15:54
dep 15:10 ar 19:41
4 3/4 hr trip

If you drove - it would take you 4 hrs - and not a particularly enjoyable drive with all the tunnels between Genoa & Nice.

The typical cost of a private transfer from Milano to Nice, for up to 3 people in a Mercedes Class E, is approximately 750€. I think I could live with a slow train.

Another vote for the train. I just took the Thello from Genoa to Nice . A very pleasant trip and inexpensive.
