LHR T5 VAT Return
 

I'm familiar (maybe too familiar) with the desks to the left of south security in T5 to file for VAT returns and I know you can get it returned in cash from the Travelex desk but the VAT desk is frequently jammed with people who don't have their forms completed, etc. I was wondering if there was a VAT desk after security that might be less busy? Anyone? Anyone?
