Thanks for the update, rkkwan. I remember a very crowded, chaotic scene when I took the National Express bus to Stansted Airport on a Saturday in 2003, and it took 45 minutes longer than expected. So maybe it's not just Terravision. That experience is one reason I recommend always allowing more time than should be necessary when going to the airport, particularly a London airport.
