Levanto - La Gerbera or Villa Clelia

Okay, we finally settled on our Tuscany accommodation, now on to Cinque Terre. Since we're planning to drive from Grenoble to Tuscany, we thought we'd stop for 2-3 nights in the Cinque Terre area. We're considering staying in Levanto and taking the train or boat to the 5 towns. Both La Gerbera and Villa Clelia have rooms for our desired dates. Can anyone give me any feedback on these 2 B&Bs? They are priced pretty equally at 75-85 Euros.

Any information or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
Kiddo.

What about their location? Can anyone tell me if one location is better than the other? Also open to other recommendations for hotels/B&Bs but would like to try and keep it at 100 Euros max.

I can only suggest Villa Margherita in Levanto--tell him your budget and you may get it.

Thanks Bob. I tried them originally, but unfortunately they don't have my dates available.

Both good, both not expensive, both close to railway station, La Gerbera seems to have more enthusiastic reviews by italian and foreign tourists.

Thanks Liberosette, Villanova (an agriturismo) near Levanto has rooms available at slightly over 100E which I think we've decided on.
