Less time in Visby or Tallinn?

We just booked flights for our July vacation in Denmark, Sweden (and maybe Eustonia)

By flying home on a Wednesday instead of a Saturday we got our tickets for a little over $700 PP, which is a big savings as we are paying for my brother and his family's tickets.

However.......I had 3 nights planned in Visby and 3 nights in Tallinn. I now only have 3 nights total, unless I take off 1 night from Stockholm area, to give me 4 nights.

Any thoughts on whether we give up Visby or Tallinn?

I haven't been to Visby. But I was in Tallinn last May for three nights. It's a lovely old town but small and explored fairly quickly. I used one of my days to do a day trip to the town of Haapsalu; had I not done that, I felt two nights would have been plenty.

Visby is lovely. That would be my choice. Tallinn is nice, but as Andrew says explored quickly.

OK, so how much time do you have in Stockholm?

We have a week in Stockholm, but It's a minimum 7 night rental.

And I thought of a day trip to Visby from there, but I don't think I want to take the time away from other plans for Stockholm area.

In mid July can you swim at beaches in/near Visby?
