Yes, I saw that article. Well done, but I always love to read these articles about new discoveries by the author. I was singing the praises of Lerici 25 years ago and it has been well established as a destination for years. But, they do have deadlines to meet---so be it.

Spent a couple of days in Lerici 10 years ago & loved it. Took a ferry to the Cinque Terre & the train/bus back.

I don't think he author was presenting Lerici as a "new discovery."

The story is that it is off the track of most American and other foreign tourists and that the construction of new, upscale hotels may threaten its off-the-radar status.
