Leopardstown Race Track
 

I am going to Ireland in February and was considering a stop at Leopardstown Horse track on my way out of Dublin. Has anyone been there? Do I need to worry about inclement weather? Is it worth a stop. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I would say so

Its only worth it if there is a race on. They have an organic Market Fridays as well. It will be pretty cold sitting in the stands but can be a fun day trip.

Leopardstown race track is great craic when there is a big meeting, there is a great buzz around the place, but be prepared to freeze alive!! I wouldnt go out of my way to stop there, unless you are very interested in horse racing.
