Leaving Sunday---thanks to everyone for their help!
 

We are leaving tomorrow for our dream trip to Great Britain. Thanks to everyone on this forum who helped us with planning, answered all of my trivial questions, and gave advice on destinations. It will be a 30 day whirlwind of activities, and we realize that we have probably planned more than we'll actually be able to accomplish, but we have prioritized our lists, and are looking forward to giving it our best effort. We will spend 8 days in London, then 4 days in France, returning to London for a couple of days before taking a train to Glasgow. All of this will be on our own. From Glasgow we will be taking a CIE tour of Scotland and Ireland. We will end up traveling on our own from Dublin to Wales and spending a few days there before flying home from Manchester. This is my husband's "bucket list" dream trip, and I appreciate all of your help.

Have a wonderful trip and buy my son a dinner in London :)
