Leaving next week, any last minute advice?

Friends,

My husband and I are leaving next week for our first trip to Spain. Itinerary is as follows:

Arrive Madrid, AVE to Sevilla, 3 nights in Sevilla at Casas de la Juderia.

Pick up car, drive to Ronda through the Pueblos Blancos, 4 nights at the Ronda Parador. Day trips from Ronda to Tarifa and other nearby areas. One day we plan to rent a motorcylce in Malaga and ride around the costa del sol.

From Ronda, drive to Granada, 2 nights in Granada at the Alhambra Palace. Drive to Cordoba (day trip in Cordoba), drop off car, AVE to Madrid.

4 nights in Madrid to end the trip (with day trip to Toledo).

PLEASE, any advice about this itinerary or about specific things to see or do, please let me know! Muchas gracias.

Have a great trip and report back to us. A restaurant suggestion for Ronda--Dona Pepa at Plaza del Socorro 10.

We're going back in Nov. and am curious to hear how you like Tarifa.

Try to get the exact time for the train from Madrid to Toledo--we spent a long time just sitting in the station in Madrid waiting for it.

Sounds like a great itinerary. We're going in November to Madrid and Seville via AVE. You'll love the ride, it's so scenic with the rolling hills near Cordoba. I wish we were leaving sooner! Have a wonderful time!!

Enjoy Seville! Take time to walk in the gardens, drink Sangria and watch the locals stroll in the evening! I can't wait to go back.

Be very careful about pickpockets. We were in Madrid a few years ago and they nailed one of our group within 30 minutes of arrival at the hotel. Other than that, great country to visit.

Make sure to see the flamenco show at Los Gallos in Seville--it's wonderful!
