leather in Paris

anyone know of a nice leather shop in Paris where I can get a reasonably priced leather jacket? (not looking for anything fancy)
thanks!

Hi.
There are a good handfull of shops selling leather goods in the area of Les Halles. Try around rue Cossonnerie and rue Berger off of Boulevard de Sebastopol. in the 1st arrondissement. Things are definitly not fancy, but you can find some decent buys there in leather jackets. Have fun shopping.
Michael

I think there is at least one leather bar on rue Keller in the Bastille area, if that's what you are looking for.

Christine - what exactly is a leather bar? You buy clothes there?

I'd like to know what a leather bar is, too. Where I live it's certainly not a place to buy clothes.

Well, Christine?

Well?

Since Christina is not responding, I'll field this one: a leather bar is where people who have a predilection for wearing leather (and all things leather) go to hang out woth like individuals...and, no, I've never been.

There's a store, I don't exactly recall where is it, but it's between Beaubourg/Georges Pompidou Center, and Les Halles, or in the vicinity of Les Halles. They carry leather jackets, all styles, and prices.

Surlok
