Hi again Tru2....How exciting! :) Youre making me excited at the thought of it. Im trying to plan a trip to the Malaga school again in September but not sure about time at the moment... One tip: I got the brochures sent to me too but if you want to save money too, book with estudia-espana.com Its the same schools but they discount the prices. Service was nice and friendly too (makes the whole process much nicer, I know what you mean :)

Funny you should ask....I've got my calendar up, spoke to the 'info guy' at the school this morning, and hope to have my trip plans solid and booked in a few days time. I hope to split my 'school' time between Seville and Malaga.
I too am leaving in Sept -
see you there....quizas, quizas,quizas!

mique- I am glad to read about your experience. Sounds great. Where/how are you planning to practice? Again, great info. Thanks for sharing.

BTW, I didn't get the sense of advertising at all; the phrase "if you like more details, ask here, no problem" would be pretty lame ad if....

Hi Tru2 - great news! So are you doing Malaga or Seville first? I hadnt thought of doing a "2 centre" trip, nice idea. How long are you thinking of going for?

And Viajero, thanks for the faith, and the kind words. You know, Im doing a course again which is great but the real learning takes place outside the classroom. In the tapas bars, on the beach, sitting next to people at fountains etc...Its really easy to get to talk to people. Dont tell me youre going to be there in September too!?!? :)

We met an Irish gentleman at the La Cava flamenco bar in Cadiz several years ago who did much the same during each spring when, as he put it, "Ireland isn't a fit place to live" - I assume he was talking about the rain & gloom. He was a spry-looking retired bachelor/single teacher who traded English lessons for Spanish instruction. His only lament was that the digs kept changing each year, but he couldn't argue with the locale or price!
