How do you pronounce Le Coup Chou (restaurant)?

Is it Coo Shoe or Coo Show?

I plan on eating at this restaurant when I am in Paris in November.

It may be romantic but when we were there the food was pedestrian.

My husband and I had our 24th Anniversary dinner there in 2005 - it was very romantic. The food was good but not haute cuisine :) You can have better meals in Paris but I would return. The place was pretty magical.

I am not looking for haute cuisine.

If I wanted haute cuinsine, I would dine at Taillevent or Joel Robuchon.
