will have a 6 hour layover at degaulle. arrive 8am leave at 3pm. any suggestions on nearby attractions?

If flights are on time and you don't wind up with a shorter layover, you could visit the Château de Chantilly. <BR> <BR>PB

Hello Karen and PB, That seems like a good idea, PB. I checked out the Chantilly web site, It looks interesting. Would you take the RER there? I could not quite figure how to get there. Judy

That's a good question... I always have a car so I really don't know what public transportation goes out to Chantilly. Hopefully someone else might know... there was no information on the website ? <BR> <BR>Patricia <BR> <BR>

Based upon our experience at CDG you may need all of that layover to get to your next flight - I will never accept less than 2.5 hours to get to my next flight in the airport ever again!

Have others experienced the same troubles at De Gaulle with connections? I also have a long layover there and was thinking about leaving the airport. Now I'm a bit worried!
