Laundry in Prague

We leave tomorrow (woopee) for Budapest and Prague. DH is a runner so by the time we arrive in Prague we will have plenty of stinky socks, BVD's, etc. that I do not want to deal with.

We are staying at the Sofitel and I can imagine that the laundry service is not cheap. Is there a local laundry to drop this stuff at newrby the hotel?

Thanks for the info.

On a funny side note, I was informed by my septic company to cease and desist on rinsing my hair coloring down the drains. I usually do this task at my vacation home, but haven't been there in a while. Therefore, I am bringing my L'Oreal to Budapest with me. (I think I'll mix it with bottled water). DH thinks I'm off the deep end and he is probably right.

Is there a Sofitel in Prague (I did not know.)? Perhaps you mean Sofitel Budapest. If you, where are you staying really in Prague?

There are Laundryland Praha locations (sometimes advertised in the Prague Post). There is also a do it yourself laundromat near the Namesti Miru metro. Ask at the hotel & they will help you.
