Last Supper Tickets on Sale March 18!!

Good morning,
Tickets for The Last Supper in Milan go on sale on March 18 at noon. I know there are some people on this forum who are going to Milan and are interested in seeing the Last Supper. The time period is from May 1 to July 31. I hope everyone gets their tickets.:)

Success! Got tickets for the English tour on May 13! I logged in exactly at 12 noon and was told I was in the queue to book, wait time 38 minutes! Once you get on the site the transaction needs to be completed within 15 minutes, or you are booted out. My cc took 5-6 minutes to go through and I was worried it would be rejected. But luckily it all worked well!

Karen, hope you got your tickets, and all others too. Happy travels in Italy all 😊

Geetika, no, I didn't get my tickets yet. And here is the reason why. We will be in Milan 2 full days: Sunday, May 4, and Monday, May 5. The Last Supper is closed on Mondays. So our only choice is Sunday, May 4. I didn't realize until this morning, when I was on the site ready to purchase my tickets, that the first Sunday of every month is free. So I was not allowed to purchase my tickets. By doing some research, I subsequently found out that the free tickets for May 4 can be ordered on April 30. So that is what I will do. But I wonder if the queue will be even longer and therefore more difficult to get tickets. And they don't have the guided tours on free Sundays. Ugh! I would have preferred to pay and get the English tour. Oh well. During all my previous research, I don't remember seeing that the first Sundays are free. I could have planned our departure day from home accordingly.

I am happy for you, Geetika!!! Have a wonderful Italian adventure!

Oh, sorry about that Karen. We too wanted to go on Monday, but I found out this morning the chapel is closed on Mondays. Luckily we have Tuesday too, so I quickly bought the tickets. Monday morning we have a tour of the Duomo, etc, then la Scala in the afternoon.

All the best for getting tickets on Sunday May 4 and enjoy your Italian sojourn!

You still have to get the free tickets, it seems.

We saw the Last Supper once, on the Feast of St. Ambrose, the patron saint of Milan. I had tried and failed to get tickets online for our December visit. We were having dinner with friends from Milan, and they told us it would be free for St. Ambrose day, so we got up very early and got in line. At that time, maybe 10 years ago, we didn't need to get tickets.
