111op, go to the tourist office in Milan, it's at Duomo square and join a Milan tour. It's costs around 50 euro (yes, it's expensive) but they include the tickets for the last supper and also for the Opera House (very very nice museum, if you like music). When I did it visits began at midday..but then it was winter, I suppose they have another schedule now.

Thanks. I was aware of the tour option and was considering it. It's mentioned in an NYT article on Milan also. But I'd prefer not to go on this tour just for Last Supper -- especially if I think the ticket is just 9.50 euros (I think with 3 euro reservation). Also it's for two, and I don't know if I want to spend 80 euros extra for this.

Maybe I'll skip it altogether since I saw it in 1999. But it'd be nice to see it again since I've not been to Milan since then either.

In case anyone is still reading, SelectItaly will send me the vouchers later today. There was some confusion on my part so I called them. They sounded very nice and professional on the phone.

They are not the cheapest, however.

I also consulted Ariston, who was able to get me tickets for another day, but I was planning to leave early that day. They quoted a price of 15 euros.

Select Italy wants $26. E-mail delivery of vouchers costs $2.50.
