Actually, the name is generally Flammenkueche in Strasbourg as well, although they use the French name (tarte flambée) also for the many French tourists from other regions.

Good to know and I have been taught how to say it in German (I work for a german company), so if I get nothing else all day, I shoukd be able to get that!
