Lake Garda-Riva or Limone?

Hi-I am planning a long awaited family (children 10 and 13) trip to Switzerland and Northern Italy for summer 2001. I will spend one week in Lake Garda and want a 'resort' hotel--I'm down to Park Imperial in Limone or Hotel du Lac in Riva Del Garda. Any comments on these hotels or towns in general? We like to play tennis and hike, and walk around the towns at night. Thanks for any help!!

Donna, No question, Riva has far more to see and to do, especially with kids.
You will want to boat to Limone and on
to Malcesine one day, but Riva is the
heart of the north end of the Lake.
You will love the wind surfers.
