6 days starting in amsterdam to brussels and brugge over spring break
Can anyone suggest a quick itinerary of my trip (low cost, fast paced) over spring break Amsterdam-brussels-brugge-brussels-milan-florence. Flying into amsterdam. Flying out of brussels. Want to see amsterdam, brugge and brussels. Again, flying from brussels into milan. Train from milan to florence. All in six days. between flights. Any suggestions, please? Due to leave 3/20 and return to Milan 3/26.

Where are you flying from?
If you are flying from the US what time do you actually arrive in Amsterdam? Just in time to get a train to Brugge by the sound of it.
You are not allowing for jet lag.
You will not see much of any of your chosen cities since you are not allowing for travelling to, and between them, and certainly will not do Amsterdam, Florence or Milan any justice.
However you need to look at the Thalys site and book your ticket from Amsterdam asap to get the cheapest ticket you can. That will get you to Brussels. Maybe you should stay in Brussels and do Brugge as a day trip from there - it is a local train journey which can't be booked in advance.

Definitely let us know when you arrive in Amsterdam (date and time) and when you fly home (date and time) so we can help you better with your itinerary.
Milan and Florence are definitely the outliers in this plan. With 1 week, I would be inclined to leave them off and just do Amsterdam, Bruges, and Brussels. We did those as a 2 week trip a couple years ago - that was a relaxed pace trip. 1 week for all 3 would be fairly fast paced.
