Hi, I was looking at the schedule given on the link, and it's good up to (through?) Oct. 3. Do ferries still run after this date, or does the area shut down more or less afterwards?

The last day of the summer schedule is Sunday 3 October. The web site doesn't seem to have services after that date, but it does have schedules for last winter, so this should be used as a guide to what will be running next winter. Only a very few lake services run all year.
