I'm sure he means Portugal. The air temperature should still be warm, as well as the water.

Thanks, DixieChick. The only Lagos I had heard of was in Nigeria. I'm glad he's going to Portugal instead. :-)

My guess is that both Lagos' are warm in October ;-)
