Bashful, don't mean to hijack your post but have to ask Spygirl
What brand are the "nip its" and where do you get these - definitely have a need for those
Okay back to D cups and no cups , uniboobs, and monoboobs

Title 9 Sports is a company that carries a wide selection of sports bras, more than most of us can find in our local sporting goods stores. http://www.title9sports.com/
They've got a good return policy, along with several attractive, lacy, wicking bras that I wouldn't be embarassed to be seen in.

Now, are we SURE "boobs aren't designed to wear them?" (smile) Actually, the nip-its I previously mentioned do not, I believe, outline the mammary gland in question, but yes, I'd agree that band-aids, without a bra, might show-unless you have the round ones! Now "nip-its" cost a bit more than band-aids-but at any rate, I could not do one without the other.
Okay, Suze, I just wanted to make sure our male audience was paying attention there!

I know just what you mean about pulling at your bra after a few hours - it can be quite uncomfortable. I came across this company www.bodywise.com.au who specialise in comfy bras (I haven't tried them...yet...but they sound good) and they even have a bra that is especially good for travel. Check them out.

Okay, Indie, you asked, I answered! There's several versions, but try www.brazabra.com. You'll find them in petal and heart shaped coverings-non-adhesive, in colors like cocoa or light pink-allegedly guaranteed not to show under sheer undergarments (I think that depends on size, actually). I think they're about 5.50 for 5 pair.
Yes, "uniboob" IS very descriptive, isn't it?

Well thanks to Bashful for starting this post! It may me laugh! As one whose chest has always been Gravity-Challenged, I can appreciate your pain. Now where can those of us whose fronts arrive in a room ahead of the rest us find non-Granny looking bras that are also comfortable?! I love titlenine.com for their selection of sporty stuff but what about the pretty things that aren't $100/bra?!

I find that Victoria' Secret "Body by Victoria" line is good for sports and trekking. Very very comfortable, and have versions that suit the "ample" and "slight". I usually convert the old ones into sports bras. They probably don't dry as fast as coolmax-type fibers (so you might want to bring two, and change them day to day).

I agree with KateW...I find the Body by Victoria line comfy yet flattering. I especially like the racerback ones so I don't have to deal with falling brastraps. OR, I love the freedom of not wearing a bra too but only when I'm wearing the clothes that allow me to do so...and really this is all dependent on how much support one needs During the summer, the tank tops with built-in bras are great.

Spygirl, thanks for the tip...I'm going to check out "nip-its"!
And Suze, don't forget, we used to be jealous of you guys in highschool, so there are trade-offs!
Yes,this is making me smile (and I bet some of you guys too!)

Bashful - I have the same problem, and I finally found a company that manufactures bras (and panties) which feel comfortable (and dry) even when I'm on vacation and sweating up a storm. They're called Breezies and I bought them at QVC on TV. And I wear a size DDD... Check them out on the internet, and their prices are a lot less than Wacol.

Hanro bras are the absolute tops! (No pun intended) They are a Swiss company which uses primarily natural fibers--mercerized Egyptian cottons for the most part--but they also have microfiber and other blends. I don't know how they do it, but their bras are like wearing nothing at all and they're not ugly either. The really simple bras run around $40 but the average is about $60, and worth every penny. They're great for traveling since they're so lightweight and wash out easily.

For the comfort of Coolmax without the "uniboob" look, and a back fastener, I like this one:
http://www.title9sports.com/jump.jsp...rID=230&KICKER
It doesn't have an underwire (nice for going through metal detectors) and yet has decent support and is very comfortable.

Chantelle makes an unlined underwire lace bra that is very thin and supportive, comes in DD sizes, and gives a nice uplifted silhouette. I find that US bras give a too "rounded", and often kinda saggy, appearance. This one might be a problem for people who don't like it when they show the effects of a chill (get my drift?) because it's not lined, but I don't mind that. It dries very quickly after a washing.
