la Minerva

We're thinking of staying at the La Minerva in April. We're trying to decide between the superior and deluxe rooms. Is a deluxe room worth the extra 70 euros?

Thanks,
Molly

I stayed at La Minerva (Capri, yes?) last summer in a superior room. It was a total delight. I recommend this hotel whole-heartedly and couldn't have been happier with the superior size room. I'm didn't see any deluxe rooms and so cannot offer a comparison. Enjoy Capri and La Minerva you lucky creature!

Thanks for your reply! It will be our first time in Italy. We're very excited and have heard wonderful reviews on Capri. My main concern is the view, if there is not a large difference between the two, I think we'll go with the superior.

Our superior room had a superior view (and terrace where we breakfasted every morning.) Sigh...sometimes I feel homesick for Capri. La Minerva is EXACTLY like its website.

I have reservation here next July for 3 nights in a superior room with terrace and, hopefully, a jacuzzi. Any tips on restaurants, hikes, and other things to do on Capri? Grazie
