Does anyone have experience with these renting these homes?

we stayed in a lovely apartment in La Foce last July for one week. what would you like to know?

Is the property as wonderful as the web site and literature portays? Was it a good location? We will be traveling with a group of 12 and thought that a house in that area would be ideal for a week or two. It almost looks too good to be true.
