Know Venice Really Well?

I'm back and now need help labeling my photos: If one is facing San Rocco Church, what is the bldg on the left? What bldg did I see the round 'item' (don't know proper name) w/ a bird holding a fish by the tail in it's mouth? How many bells are in the Campanle? What does 'Manin" mean (it's near the Lion sulpture close to San Samuele)?

Thanks to everyone who made this a much easier trip for me.

Manin is a proper name. There was a doge by that name.

The building on the left is Scuola di San Rocco. I think the Campanile houses five bells. There is a statue of Daniel Manin, a Venetian statesman, in Venice. Not sure about the bird.

Found this: Each of the five bells of the campanile had a special purpose. The Renghiera (or the Maleficio) announced executions; the Mezza Terza proclaimed a session of the Senate; the Nona sounded midday; the Trottiera called the members of the Maggior Consiglio to council meetings and the Marangona , the biggest, rang to mark the beginning and ending of working day.

Ahh, the internet.
