Kitzbuhel, Austria - Suggested Day Trips from here?
 

Planning 9-day trip mid-March 1998 to Kitzbuhel. Going with ski group for "packaged price", but neither husband or myself snow ski. Husband has NEVER been to Europe; it's been 10 yrs. since I worked 3 months in Munich + toured Florence & Venice. We plan on visiting towns nearby in Germany, Austria and Italy.
Would like any suggestions of "must see" towns and distance away.
Also, does anyone know of a crystal factory in Austria that I should visit. Went to one 10 yrs. ago that was about 1-2 hr. car trip from Munich just over the Austrian border. Can't remember the town?! Any and all suggestion would be appreciated. Thank You!!!
