Kinsale or Cobh in Ireland?

We have to choose between visiting Cobh and Kinsale. Does anyone have any opinions on this?

Absolutely Kinsale. You are going to love it. We stayed in Cobh and wished we stayed in Kinsale.

I also vote Kinsale. Lots of Pubs and great places to eat. Quaint village, winding narrow streets. Take the morning walking tour out of the Tourist office and then at night take the Ghost Tour out of the Tap Tavern. Be sure to walk up the steps on the far side of the harbor and visit the Spaniard, a great Pub and lots of locals. Cobh is worth a stop to see the Heritage Center, very moving.

Totally agree with johnod. Kinsale is a great place to stay in and Cobh a nice place to visit. Pubs we can recommend in Kinsale: the White House, the Mad Monk and the Spaniard. Lots of great shopping and food. You'll enjoy it there. They also have a quite famous food festival, not sure when it is. If you're real foodies you may want to check it out.
