Cell phone usage
we are going to St. Petersburg Russia this summer. I am trying to figure out cell phone situation. I downloaded WhatsUp but if people calling me or I receive my automated text messages I would still have to pay a lot of money. Or if someone leaves a voice message. What can we do? How can we avoid huge charges?
