just returned from 11 days in London
I just returned from 11 days in London, and I would be happy to answer questions. I was on the go morning till night and still did not see everything.

I recommend the London Planner and the London Pass.

Do we need passport pictures for the London Pass?I ordered the pass on-line and will pick them up in London. Also do you have any rec. for "must-see" or "must-do"?
Thanks!

What is the difference between the London Pass and the London Planner. I have not heard of the London Planner.
Did you get to go to the front of the line at the sights where you used the London Pass?
Where you able to get into Parliament without advanced tickets?
Did you need a travel card with the London Pass? Did you take advantage of the cell phone free rental? Do you know anything about this?
I am still trying to decide between a few hotels:Mayfair Intercontinental, Hotel Intercontinental, Churchill Intercontinental, the London Elizabeth. Any knowledge/opinions about any of these?
any suggestions are very welcomed.
we leave for england on 8/1 and will be in london 8/11 - 8/17.
I am very excited about this trip and have several questions
thanks in advance for your help
ROnni

I am planning a trip there in 2002, and have no idea where to begin. What are your recommendations as far as accommodations and sights. What are these different passes? I will appreciate any advice.

I, too would like to know what the London Planner is.

The London Pass is a good deal. You can get it at several locations in London, without the travel card that comes with it if you order in advance. It's a LOT cheaper without it. You don't need any picture ID, it's not the sort of card that's limited to foreign visitors.

www.londonpass.com
