June Weather in Santander
 

Can anyone tell me the usual weather in Santander (northern Spain) in June? I know it's on the water but how warm does it get? Will I be able to swim in the ocean? Thanks, Catalina

Catalina,<BR>I've been in Santander in June several times; it can be pleasant or rainy. Last June on the 28th when we arrived it was warm enough for shorts, but the water was still a bit cool. The Bay of Biscay can still be rather nippy at this time (too cold for timid me)-depends on what you're used to; doesn't really warm up for <BR>really pleasant swimming until mid July-August, which is the "season" in Santander.
