Jules Verne Reservations

Hi, does anyone know how far in advance the restaurant accepts reservations. My wife will turn 30 in Nov. and she has always wanted to eat up their so I am surprising her with a quick weekend getaway from NYC. As we will only be there over a weekend (which I imagine is more crowded) i wanted to try to ensure a reservation on her birthday night as soon as possible. I'm still waiting to hear back from the hotel concierge who I also e-mailed with the same question. Any insight? or do I have to get on the phone and call the Eiffel Tower? Thanks.
Reservations can and should be made at any time. 30 days prior is not a bad idea. The conceirge at your hotel - if it is a good hotel will make these reservations for you. However, to insure you get exactly what you want have your travel agent take care of this request you will be surprised what we can do. Or if you wish contact the Tower yourself at 01-4555-6144, Jules is open daily 12:30pm to 3pm and 730pm to 1030pm, hence, the absoluate need for reservations.

I called the Jules Verne myself in March to make reservations for late June and they were already booked through July 2--but that was the busiest tourist time. My hotel concierge told me that reservations were only accepted 30 days in advance, so maybe there are some reserved for hotels for their guests. I did make a reservation for lunch three months in advance. I prefer making my own reservations. You might also be able to make reservations by fax--I confirmed all of mine that way and everyone replied--so I had something in writing too.

Thanks for the fax information. Do you need to write your letter in French, or will English work?

The fax number did not work for me.
Message for Annalynn: I think you can easily send your fax in English. That restaurant is quite popular with British or American visitors.

Message for Ron: I checked the latest phone/fax resources here in Paris and the fax number is correct. Should you call from the US, you should not dial the 0 between the France code and Paris area number. I hope this helps.
